Regarding the activation and deactivation of Bluetooth functionality, if you do not use the battery, the Bluetooth function will automatically turn off, and it will not produce radiation for you. To reconnect Bluetooth, simply activate the battery after charging or discharging, and then you can reconnect Bluetooth.

Automatic Self-Heating Function: This BetterESS 25.6V 300Ah 2560Wh LiFePO4 battery model is equipped with an automatic self-heating function that will be activated by the BMS when the battery is connected to a charger at -4°F to 41°F(-20℃ to 5℃). The heating will be stopped when the battery temperature reaches 41°F(5℃) and then the battery will be formally charged. Plus, this function is powered by the Charger / Controller's current instead of the battery itself. More flexible and convenient to use.

Please note: The heating function is automatic and not manual. The heating module is an independent module that is not controlled by the Bluetooth app. Therefore, the heating function cannot be adjusted through the Bluetooth app. The heating function will only automatically activate when the ambient temperature drops below 0°C (32°F).

Intelligent temperature control: The self-heating function automatically activates in environments between -20°C to 5°C (-4°F to 41°F).
Precise Adjustment: Automatically stops heating when the battery reaches 5°C/41°F and begins normal charging.
External Power Supply: Uses the charger/controller's current rather than consuming the battery's own energy for more flexibility and efficiency.  
Notes on Use: The battery must be placed below 0°C for self-heating to activate

Yes, our BMS has low temperature protection cut-off function to protect the battery from low temperature damage and extend its life.

Q5: How to activate the battery when the BMS cuts it off for protection?
If the BMS has cut off the battery for protection, you will need to disconnect any loads connected to the battery and set it aside for approximately 30 minutes.
After this period, the battery will automatically recover to its normal voltage and can be used again after being fully charged.
Q6: How long do BetterESS batteries last?
Our LiFePO4 lithium iron batteries can provide 4000+ cycles, which is significantly more compared to the 300–500 cycles typically found in lead-acid batteries.
The service life of LiFePO4 batteries is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries.
