Automatic Self-Heating Function: This BetterESS 12V 300Ah 3840Wh LiFePO4 battery model is equipped with an automatic self-heating function that will be activated by the BMS when the battery is connected to a charger at -4°F to 41°F(-20℃ to 5℃). The heating will be stopped when the battery temperature reaches 41°F(5℃) and then the battery will be formally charged. Plus, this function is powered by the Charger / Controller's current instead of the battery itself. More flexible and convenient to use.
Please note: The heating function is automatic and not manual. The heating module is an independent module that is not controlled by the Bluetooth app. Therefore, the heating function cannot be adjusted through the Bluetooth app. The heating function will only automatically activate when the ambient temperature drops below 0°C (32°F).
Intelligent temperature control: The self-heating function automatically activates in environments between -20°C to 5°C (-4°F to 41°F).
