Yes, our BMS has low temperature protection cut-off function to protect the battery from low temperature damage and extend its life.

Q5: How to activate the battery when the BMS cuts it off for protection？
If the BMS has cut off the battery for protection, you will need to disconnect any loads connected to the battery and set it aside for approximately 30 minutes.
After this period, the battery will automatically recover to its normal voltage and can be used again after being fully charged.
Q6: How long do BetterESS batteries last?
Our LiFePO4 lithium iron batteries can provide 4000+ cycles, which is significantly more compared to the 300-500 cycles typically found in lead-acid batteries.
The service life of LiFePO4 batteries is 8 to 10 times longer than standard lead-acid batteries.
